8. Personalized Research Reports
When you request a personalized permit, licensing, practice, or readiness report, we store the answers needed to create and deliver it. New report checkouts send only an internal order ID and product key to Stripe metadata; detailed permit, licensing, property, business, or migration answers are not placed in Stripe metadata or analytics. Unpaid drafts are scheduled for deletion after seven days. Paid report links expire after 30 days, after which detailed intake and report content are scheduled for redaction while minimal financial records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, and legal obligations.
