If the paid report does not work as promised, contact us

Personalized reports are digital products created from the answers submitted before checkout. We will correct a delivery or generation failure, or refund the affected order when it cannot be corrected promptly.

Contact us within 14 days when

  • Payment completed but the report or private link was not delivered.
  • The report or PDF cannot be opened because of an AppsVerified error.
  • The report is materially corrupted or does not use the meaningful answers submitted before checkout.
  • A duplicate charge occurred for the same intended purchase.

What we will do

We will first confirm the order and try to restore access or regenerate the promised report. If we cannot correct the covered problem promptly, we will refund the affected digital report order to the original payment method.

What is not promised

A report does not guarantee a permit, license, visa invitation, exam result, filing acceptance, or business outcome. A change of mind after receiving a working personalized report is not automatically a product failure, subject to any rights that cannot be limited by applicable law.

How to request help

Use the contact page or email support@appsverified.com. Include the checkout email, product name, approximate purchase time, and a short description. Do not send tax IDs, license numbers, immigration documents, passwords, or payment-card details.
